Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit which represents 50% of the project fee is due and payable before work can commence. The balance will be invoiced upon completion of the project and is due within 14 days. Acceptable forms of payment include cheque, money order or PayPal. 

Do all projects require a letter of agreement?

Yes. A letter of agreement must be signed for each project. This way, we both agree in writing about the scope of your project, what I am required to deliver, deadlines, what my fee does (and does not) include and how you will be invoiced. 

What do you need from me?

In addition to my own research, I require as much background material as you can provide. This may include brochures, current web content, case studies, market research, company information and press releases. The information you provide will allow me to write a more in depth and accurate piece.

How do I book your services?

Call or email me with the details of your project and I will be happy to get a competitive quote out to you.

Keep in mind that I do offer a free initial consultation to review your current marketing communications. During our meeting you'll learn useful information that you can implement right away - or you can have me do it for you. It's your call.
